Tickets are generally emailed to the purchasers email address within 60 minutes of placing your order.

If you have received a CONFIRMATION email but NO TICKETS, please check your SPAM folder as your email provider might have put them in there. If they’re not in your spam folder please contact our support team via the form.

The confirmation email and tickets are sent to the PURCHASER’S email address, not to the ATTENDEE.
If you cant find a confirmation or event ticket, you’ve probably entered your email address incorrectly on the ordering page.
